About Me

I live in a small, mountain town, with my Mini Schnauzer, JR; Sadly, my 13 year old Airedale named Q (pronounced Key), died July 16, 2206 :-( . My only child, a daughter, is all grown up & recently got married to a really sweet guy. To pay the bills, I work as a teacher's assistant in a boys' juvenile detention facility & on the side, do web maintenance for a realty company. I'm also in the process of redesigning their site.
My SO, Mr. Angel, is a computer wiz, & built me the 5 computers that I've had over the years. He's the one responsible for getting me involved in computer 'stuff'. I started out doing websites, & I've won several awards, including a Best of Show for one of them. A few years ago, I got interested in making animated signatures & added them to the mix, offering them on my web site.
I started making jewelry a few years ago, when I stumbled onto some earring making kits while looking for a pair of bear fetish earrings. I bought a couple of the kits, & was hooked! I hadn't even considered making things for others, until I literally sold the first pair of earrings I'd made, right out of my ears! Before long, the jewelry was added to my site.
I use only the very best supplies that I can find. Focals are made from Lampwork, Czech Glass, or Semi-precious stones, & accented with Swarovski crystals/pearls, & Sterling or Bali Silver & all the earrings are hung on genuine Sterling Silver wires or posts. Everyone's always complimenting me, (& others who wear it), on my jewelry & I love being able to say, "I made it!".
When I'm not designing & making, web sites, jewlery, or animated sigs, you can usually find me with my nose in a book, (sci-fi/fantasy being faves), or catching up on my favorite soap, 'All My Children', which I've watched from its beginning.
So, that's pretty much all of what you'd (n)ever want
to know about me. Please check back frequently to see what's new!
